Most development projects involve five to ten separate consultants — each managing their piece and handing off to the next person. By the time a project gets through design, approvals, and construction, the original intent has been filtered through a dozen different interpretations. Cost has blown out. The timeline has stretched. And nobody quite remembers who was responsible for what.

Sinan Amin has been in the building industry for over 22 years — as a builder, as a designer, and as someone who has sat on both sides of the desk during DA processes. He built R2G Projects because he knew the industry could deliver better outcomes if one team was accountable for the whole thing.

R2G Projects is that team. We design the project, manage the approval, coordinate every consultant, and where required, manage the construction. Under one roof. Under one standard. Under one name.

Builder-Led

Our director is a licensed builder with residential and multi-unit credentials and a structural engineering background. Every design decision is informed by construction reality — which means no costly variations after approval.

End-to-End

We don't hand off. The director who assesses your feasibility is the same director who designs the project, manages the approval, and — where required — oversees the construction.

Selective

R2G Projects is not a volume practice. We take on the right projects for the right clients, and we deliver them properly. We don't compete on price. We compete on integration, quality, and accountability.

How we work

Integration

Every discipline — design, approvals, construction — is managed under one team. When one person controls the full process, problems are caught earlier, resolved faster, and don't get blamed on the last person to touch it.

Buildability

A project that can't be built the way it was designed isn't a complete project. We design with construction economics and sequencing built in from the start.

Accountability

One point of contact. One team responsible for the outcome. If something needs to be resolved, we resolve it — we don't route you to the designer, the planner, or the certifier separately.
